É isso aÃ! Quem diria, Star Trek, filme baseado na série dos anos 60, um universo de ficção criado por Gene Roddenberry, foi resgatado por J.J. Abrams para o 11ª filme da saga, que aprofunda a relação entre os personagens do capitão Kirk e Spock e que estreará no Brasil em maio de 2009.
Agora vai o mais engraçado: J.J. Abrams diz nunca ter sido apaixonado pela série “Jornada nas Estrelas” - ele preferia “Guerra nas Estrelas”. O jovem diretor, roteirista e produtor aceitou a proposta de levar a célebre saga ao cinema. Ao aceitar a encomenda da Paramount, J.J. Abrams se dispôs a reinventar “Star Trek” retornando à s origens: a complicada relação entre dois dos altos comandantes da nave Enterprise, Kirk e Spock (um hÃbrido entre humano e “vulcano”), interpretados pelos atores Chris Pine e Zachary Quinto, respectivamente.
Deste modo, o “Star Trek” de Abrams se dirige aos “futuros admiradores”, a todos aqueles que, como o próprio diretor, “nunca se sentiram atraÃdos pela série”. É claro que o diretor tem a consciência de que terá que haver “continuidade”, um motivo pelo qual o filme terá a participação de Leonard Nimoy, o ator que encarnava Spock na saga originária. Depois dos dois Cartazes estampando divulgados na semana passada Chris Pine como Kirk e Zachary Quinto como Spock, Star Trek.
